The woman at the drive-thru tonight got my order wrong, and when I asked her to correct it, she was incredibly rude for no reason. I simply mentioned that she had forgotten to include a pack, and instead of resolving the issue, she made a big deal out of it and insisted that I was the one who was wrong.

I absolutely love this place! I've only encountered one issue since I started coming here.

This is a small but typical Dunkin' location. I've noticed that whether you go inside or use the drive-thru, the service is consistently slow. The staff often seem overwhelmed with completing orders. Food: 4/5.
