Avaliação da contribuiçãoMy experience here was pretty unpleasant overall. The view is gorgeous but that's about the only good thing going for Park Diner. First and most importantly are the prices. These prices are way too high for the portion sizes being served, and the quality of the food being served. Second, this place feels less like a diner run by mom and pop and more like a place run by college students. It's clear in the menu and the execution on the dishes. The dish I ordered was supposed to be a grilled turkey sandwich and it was, in a way... They took a stack of turkey luncheon meat and placed in on the flat top grill lol! luncheon meat isn't designed to be cooked this way so naturally it made the sandwich a soggy wet mess. Third, my waiter was not the best. Took her 10 minutes to bring me a tiny cup of coffee that was only half full, and the coffee inside it was as green as the water outside. I had to send it back and get a soda which was flat and unpleasant. 2 stars because there is a vast menu selection. If they could get their portion size versus price situation under control, and execute with a little more skill this place could be something so much more.
I was in Binghamton for a short visit. I have to admit, the place didn't look impressive I really wasn't sure what to expect. But, I was pleasantly surprised by the waitress Gwen who kinda resembled Katie Holmes lol. She was pleasant attentive. Our food was out quickly was really good! The prices were very affordable as well. I would recommend for sure.
Me my sister went there for dinner. I was absolutely amazing from the service we received to the delicious food. We ordered hot Turkey the tomato bacon soup. We also ordered dessert (strawberry shortcake) we will surely be back ge bringing the rest of the family with us.
I had a fantastic experience! The hostess seated us in a lovely spot that wasn't crowded at all. Although the food took a little longer to arrive and our waitress wasn't very attentive (I could have used a coffee refill), overall, it was a great meal.
Park Diner serves the best Western omelette I've ever tasted. It was delicious, generously portioned, and the home fries were cooked to perfection. My sister ordered the blueberry pancakes, which were light, fluffy, and loaded with berries. The service was friendly and quick. It's a fantastic spot for breakfast.
