Papa John's - Birmingham

When the delivery arrived, I received a call from an international number that I almost ignored. Luckily, I answered and it was Papa John's Smethwick calling to confirm my order. I had not expected a call from an international number (Romanian) and initially thought it was a spam call. After a short conversation, I realized it was the delivery driver trying to confirm my address. I had some trouble locating my address and ended up waiting outside in the rain. When the food finally arrived, it was cold and incorrect. I had ordered Jalapeño poppers but received chicken poppers instead. It was disappointing to receive the wrong food after such a long wait.

I ordered food for delivery and it arrived freezing cold. When I contacted the restaurant, they were completely unhelpful and couldn't resolve the issue.

The website is glitchy when I clicked a medium pizza with filled chest, they ordered a large one with no filled chest. eating is nice, but three times check their order because it has changed itself!

It began to use them when our ordinary native was rather gone. was nice, but very expensive time, asked woman if the last offer was still available, no to be said! yet, when the pizzas were even more expensive than no...offer, there was flyer and guess what? the same offer was available! pizza was so poor, threw away most. I know you can complain, but would it be worth it? to these trips must be very special and the last was not. can go for really fresh pizza for the same type from price to casa italia!

I love papa johns every day. always the first call for the trip, although I wasn't too sharp on the new pizza with the radiant gum.
