Avaliação da contribuiçãoWe had a bit of trouble finding this small cafe above Tesco Extra, as the sign was difficult to see from the ground floor. However, once inside, the staff behind the counter were friendly. Despite being told there would be a 30-minute wait for our food, it only took about 15 minutes. We did have to wait for a table to be cleaned, as the employee was chatting with a friend, but once seated, the service was quick. The food was excellent - perfectly cooked chips, crispy rolls, a juicy chicken burger, and fantastic Macaroni cheese. Overall, the short wait was worth it for the delicious meal, though the service could have been better. 4 stars.
I arrived at the restaurant at 3 o'clock in the afternoon. It wasn't too crowded and there were plenty of tables available. We sat by a window with a view of the bustling street, which was great for people-watching. I ordered the vegan breakfast, which tasted delicious but was missing some traditional items like bacon and hash browns. The mango smoothie was amazing though. The service was a bit slow, but I heard there was only one person in the kitchen, so it didn't bother me too much. The menu has recently been updated and now offers more vegetarian and vegan options, which is a plus for me. I will definitely be coming back.
