Avaliação da contribuiçãoGreat eating and cold beer! While all food options were not available, we followed the recommendations of the owner and the eating was great!
Casual outdoor restaurant in a quiet side street, very nice place : They have a big TV screen. Not all dishes on the menu in Portuguese only are available : The fries grilled meat tasted of fish : The grilled chicken was dry chewy, veggies were bland. I guess the good dishes are the fish dishes as the owner seems to be a passionate fisherman as the pictures show with which the walls are plastered. They're a bit expensive see photos for menu . For Bissau standard the restroom is very clean, the appliances work toilet paper as well as soap are supplied : The only drawbacks are that the door can't be locked there is no hook to hang your purse or backpack :
The food is good and so is the services. Perfect for an early evening meeting and to read a book.
I had tasty food here on a pleasant patio and I would have rated it a strong 4-stars were it not for the completely absurd snail-pace things moved. From start to finish, it took them nearly 3 hours to take my order, prepare a simple main course of grilled calamari and fries, get me a slice of papaya for dessert and the bill. The restaurant seemed fairly busy, and every table got a similar treatment. It may have been a one-off hiccup of understaffing, because I cannot fathom how they could stay in business if this were a regular occurrence.
