Buster's Pizza Donair - Blackfalds

Ordered tonight. Took over an hour to get our food when we were told 30 minutes. Food arrived luke warm and we were missing part of our order. When the driver was asked about the missing part of the order he said he would “try” and make it back here with it tonight. I hope he does as we paid for everything. Very disappointed. Stop being so cheap with cheese and pay attention to the special instructions please

Pizza Undercooked and had asked for well done specifically. When it got delivered it was cold and the poutine looked and tasted like it had been sitting in for 20 minutes at least before leaving the store. Disappointed Service: Delivery Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CA$30–40

Solid pizza! Ordered for a large family event, arrived within the hour. Chicken ranch is very good! Gluten free option was very good (not cardboard-y, lots of toppings). Donair is very good. Chicken bbq was okay, could use more sauce. The dough was just cooked enough (but close to under cooked). Not too much crust, good topping coverage. Would certainly order again!

We ordered some pizzas and garlic bread last week, which came to us smelling very strongly of mold. We didn?t see mold, just smelled it, very strongly. Called to let the store know and the manger at first tried to tell me i was wrong and then offered me replacement pizzas (not the garlic bread just pizza) we told her we would use that at a later date as we weren?t overly hungry after attempting to eat pizza that smelled moldy. She agreed. Fast forward to today, when we tried to use that credit, we are told the prices went up and we will have to pay an extra $5 for the replacement pizzas?. Yes five bucks is not much for two pizzas but that?s not the point . The point is they sold us moldy smelling pizza and garlic bread, only would replace the pizzas and then tired to tell us that we still have to pay an additional $5 because their price went up. That is poor customer service and honestly disgusting to sell food that smells like mold.
