Jimmy John's - Blair

Spent 30 dollars on a meal and you can’t even get the right topping or drink in my order there should be no reason an online order is not correct this is on going and

I have eaten many sandwiches here but the one I had today in Blair was by far the best !! I had an unwich …all the veggies were so cold and fresh..just delicious!! And the service was great and fast! Thank you…it’s hard to come by nowadays!

I love Jimmy Johns I absolutely love it for many reasons but my experience tonight changes everything. It’s 5 minutes before close and I pull up to the speaker and they welcome me I tell them I want a number 4 as a giant and they then tell me they are closed. They were not closed. Unacceptable. I’ve worked at subway for 3 years and if we locked the doors early we’d be fired. Extremely disappointed.

The service was good. We were greeted as we came in by a pleasant young man. He recommended a cecear wrap. I tried it and was very disappointed,thus the low rating. It had a miniscule amount of turkey that was covered e red up with a salty Ceasars dressing. Add to that the very salty Ceasar croutons and very little lettuce and tomatoes to cut through it made for an overly salty sandwich. I could have drank a bottle of ceasar dressing with a few salty croutons thrown in to get the same flavor. This is not a sandwich that Jimmy John's should be proud of serving. It is well below the standard I am used to at Jimmy John's.

I love ordering, even on their busiest days the employees are very friendly. They do work so hard being 1 of very few delivery restaurants in town.
