Braun's Tavern - Bloomfield

We came to a late Saturday lunch and only wow. One of the owners was here and welcomed us so kindly. We had a big conversation with him and learned more about him and he gave some great food recommendations. If you like meat, the carving with the beet and apple salad in a dill sauce was absolutely delicious. If you are vegetarian, try the fatuccine or the zucchini and tomato salad, as both were incredible combinations of flavors. We will definitely be back to check their dinner menu soon!

Satis is really a welcome addition to the Bloomfield Restaurant range. I was chasing the realization that I missed this jewel. Delicious staff, lush food and a sophisticated yet urban ambience fit every palate. The environment is open after a long day and calms. I tried her outstanding foie gras! The refined gray salt was the piece of resistance. Next was the triple cream bride, bacon and spicy apricot jam. Served with a few slices of delicate, but crispy baguette. There was so much more, including burgers, chicken, desserts too many to call during this first visit. The cocktails... I'm a loss for words. We have tried some of the bartender's recommendations together with the liberation substitutions for those who prefer a certain spirit. They even suggested wine pairings for each course. From the hostess to the barter to the waiting staff, eveyone was attentive and unforgettable. I look forward to a regular patronage.

Half Pan Seared Chicken was delicious and strawberry mix. The only time left is waiting for your food. You need to have good conversation topics to keep you busy .. The Appetizers take 35 minutes.

I love the atmosphere and hospitality of this place. The food is delicious and the cook is quite creative with its combinations. The vibe is covered, a beautiful place for an afternoon drink or a date night. I only have 4 stars because they have recently changed their overall theme/concept and I need a few more visits there before they give it the full 5 stars. It's a place you want to get back for more!

This old favorite has been renovated to beyond it's original beauty. The bar itself is magnificent and the decor of the rest of the dining room is beyond compare! The Chef has managed to find an amazing balance between fine dining and incredible tavern fare. Awesome and interesting appetizers, homemade pasta, burgers, fine seafood and wonderful gourmet entrees . Interesting cocktails and nice selection of wines. You can't go wrong here!!
