Sarpino's Pizzeria Bloomingdale

The staff here is extremely friendly and helpful. The menu offers a fantastic selection, with plenty of options for toppings and sauces. They also serve salads and sandwiches. It's easy to get to from the parking lot, although you do need to cross the street to reach the entrance. It's located right next to the Bloomingdale Picture Show. I'll definitely be trying more of their pizzas in the future!

The breadsticks are so cooked. I asked the guy I could have cooked them easily and he said this is against politics. Pretty sure he invented it. He said what the breadsticks should look like.? The first time and the last time there. Today is 9/27/22 18:00. Mangers let the employees know if he's so lazy that he can't just destroy a few sticks of bread, he shouldn't work.

This is definitely the best spot for pizza takeout. The Indian gentleman at the front offered me a "my friend" special, giving me 25% off when I asked for it in-store. Although the delivery time is about an hour, which some people might find inconvenient, I don’t mind at all because the pizza always arrives hot.

Arguably the worst pizza I?ve had in the past 2 years and I?m a pizza person. I eat pizza a Lot and when I got the pizza it was super soggy. It tests like it was reheated in a microwave or something there was nothing good about that pizza. Do not recommend please stay away from that pizza place!!

As for my sandwich, I specifically requested light spinach, but instead received Romaine lettuce, which I am allergic to. When I called the restaurant, I spoke with the manager or shift leader (an inexperienced title, in my opinion), who blamed the delivery driver for the mistakes. I asked why the orders weren’t double-checked, and the manager said they were too busy. They did apologize and offered me a refund, but when I inquired further about who was ultimately responsible, the manager insisted it was the delivery person. I suggested reaching out to the company, as I felt the manager lacked the authority and experience needed for the role. The manager simply told me to go ahead and see what could be done. Overall, this experience was deeply frustrating—0/10. I'd recommend avoiding this place unless they make significant improvements in attention to detail.
