Buffalo Wild Wings - Bloomington

Most unappetizing food i’ve had in a long time. cold and no sauce on my wings. took 45 minutes to get food. no silverware or refills until half way through my meal. disappointed.

The night manager needs to be FIRED.and the staff needs to be trained better…Firstly, they tell us there’s a 30 minute hold on the food, we say that’s fine because it is, we understand. It turns into an hour 30 minute hold. Then all 5 plates are incorrect, have the send some thing back, took another 30 minutes. Never brought us more napkins, people that ordered after us got their food before us, waitress never refilled the drinks, never checked the food time for us or notified us of anything. We were last to get the food, first to order and smallest table 100 plus and nothing taken off for the troubles.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Placed a take out order for my family and we were told it would only take 30 minutes, we waited 2 hours before they got us our food. As soon as we got home (5 minutes away) we were missing stuff for both of our kids as well as my moms food. We also found our wings were all cold and no sauce. When we went back we were told the wings look like that when they have sat for a while. When we asked for the items that we were missing they told us that they couldn’t guarantee that we were telling the truth that we didn’t receive our items. Very disappointed in this restaurant and will never return to this restaurant again.

The WORST customer service on the planet. We walked in the door with our coffees in hand with full intention to finish them quickly and order iced tea, but the greeter who finally showed up after we stood there for over 5 minutes (and it wasn't even busy)...quite brashly announced that outside drinks are not allowed and so we turned around and left. So if it was policy, there are so many nicer ways to handle a situation like that. When all you did by being rude and nasty was turn away a family who was just about to order a big meal and leave a big tip....like we always do in our hometown. It truly was an eye-opening reveal of Bloomington hospitality at it's finest. Bleh!

This place had great atmosphere and good food...the tv setup in the bar area was great. The only complaint was their craft beer options were literally awful...didn't have the main local brewery on tap and no Bells taps (what bar has 30 taps and doesn't have Two Hearted? .
