Avaliação da contribuiçãoThe food is delicious, but the level of service is atrocious! The waitress taking orders is very impolite towards the customers and appears to be in a bad mood constantly. Most of the staff just lingered around chatting instead of attending to customers. The overall cleanliness of the restaurant is lacking. The service is extremely slow. I don't recommend visiting this establishment.
We ordered a chicken salad sandwich to run. The top of the croissant was burned to a black crab! How this could happen is a secret. It's a cold sandwich. Why do you even grill the top of the croissant?? I wish I could share a picture. It's incredible and not edible.
I think the food here is great. I get the club-collection thing where everything is piled up. Portions are generous. The chili is excellent. My only fool, they need more help at lunch. Staff are professional and hard work. You just need a few more.
New girl didn't explain the menu very well. But the older lady she trained was very nice and brought us our food and drinks. She was very nice and explained how it was the first time I had eaten there on the menu and that the new girl needed to explain the menu better. older employment was very good at customer relationships. was very upset until she came by and checked on us and was very helpful. My experience was very well done by older employees in the afternoon I would make them an increase because of their knowledge and customer service You need more jobs like them just my option.
I'm currently not even ordering my own food here but rather trying to pick up someone's DoorDash order. Just yesterday I was assigned to pick up two DoorDash orders from this location and none of the workers ever paid attention to me when I was trying to pick up the orders, so I basically just left. Today I'm having to pick up an order from this location and the customer's order wasn't even in their system originally, but saying they'll make their order in 10 minutes; meanwhile I have another order from Panera I have to deliver that I'm definitely going to be late on. If you're going to allow mobile orders I'd suggest prioritizing those first.
