I was taken aback by him snapping and saying that 's not my problem . I was going to place an order to replace the one the app had made but after that rude service I decided to go elsewhere.
The employee working was not welcoming, rushed his customers, made us feel dumb, alot of snide Remarks towards customers. I travel alot to Minnesota alot of times late so this is my only go to but after this visit I'd rather go hungry. This employee was unprofessional and needs customers service classes. Please fix this!!
Great experience. Was looking for late night food on Thanksgiving. This location was open. Excellent customer service.
They were incredibly patient with my order. The staff is made up of truly friendly people who work behind the counter.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to poor service. I had to wait until another customer got up before anyone attended to me. Everything I needed, like straws, was empty, and despite being the only person there, I still had to wait. The server barely spoke to me throughout my visit, and when it came time to pay, he just looked at me without saying a word. They definitely need to hire new staff.
