Sugar Factory Minnesota - Bloomington

I made reservations for 10pm at night, but had trouble finding the restaurant due to the large size of the Mall and being from out of town. Despite arriving late, the staff were kind enough to still accommodate us. It ended up being a special celebration for my son and sister's birthdays.

The food was good but a bit pricey, and the music could use improvement.

The service at this restaurant was slow. When we asked for the bill to be split between two cards, we ended up with both checks being charged to the same card. Despite the good food and fun atmosphere, the service was a letdown and will stop me from returning.

Sugar Factory is big fun. This is the 3rd year we have gone. Doing the King Kong is definitely worth it.

Food was absolutely terrible. Even the penne pasta, ceasar salad, and turkey club. Those are hard to screw up and were very gross. Go for the fries, shakes, and fishbowls. Those were good. Nice ambiance.
