Avaliação da contribuiçãoThere were five employees, but some just stood around chatting instead of assisting with tasks. Their discussion wasn't work-related, so it didn’t seem like they were in training. One employee, who was quite pleasant, seemed undertrained as well. We had to guide her on where the donuts were when we ordered, as she didn’t recognize them. Overall, I would advise against dining here and suggest going to the Scooter's Coffee shop just across the street instead.
I want to express my thoughts clearly. While I have no issue with people from different countries, I believe that if they run a business in the United States, where English is the primary language, they should be able to communicate in English to take orders. I’ve felt this way since the management changed. Today, I had to go to the window to place my order instead of using the speaker because the staff member could not understand me. I found that quite frustrating. If this continues, I may not be able to return in the future.
The new management is unfriendly, and the service is terrible. How can Dunkin' Donuts run out of donuts? If it were a specialty item, I could understand, but they seem to be out of everything all the time. Today, I ordered a butter pecan latte while in the drive-thru, waited in line for 10 minutes, and when I finally reached the window, the employee giggled and told me they were out of butter pecan flavoring. Couldn’t they have mentioned that before I waited all that time? I honestly have no idea how this location is still open. There’s always something wrong whenever I go, and I won’t be returning.
Order by the app and got stale donut holes that barely tasted quite dry. iced coffee with 2 taste shots of caramel was incompatible with other Dunkin sites, but after reading some other reviews I'm probably just glad to have my taste like coffee. the staff was polite.
I feel really bad for the employees. They’re really nice and super sweet, but they get overwhelmed at small requests and seem to not be trained AT ALL. Communication is really difficult and it always seems short-staffed and very poorly run. It’s been like this since at least last summer when I moved to Blue Springs. Also, they’re out of basic items ALL THE TIME, ordering ahead does nothing because they have a huge pileup of online orders and wait to start your order until after you walk in. Every order is very frustrating for both the customer and the staff. I‘ve literally only gotten the correct order maybe 2-3 times since last summer, and I go there multiple times a month. I don’t know if the management or ownership is bad or what, but this store desperately needs more employees, better pay/benefits, and SO MUCH TRAINING.
