Macado's Restaurant Bar - Bluefield

AWFUL!!! AWFUL SERVICE, AWFUL LOW QUALITY FOOD! Burgers came with no toppings didn’t fix my problem! Pictures here is there big brothers blue cheese meal and the mushroom burger. AWFUL!! I’d give no stars if possible.

Food was cold, found a hair in my Sandwich, my chips were half stale half fresh like they took and old bag dumped it and opened a new one and put a handful on top of the old ones, the booth I was sitting in had a pile of dirt and trash next to it, my friends sandwich bread was hard as a rock, I had to ask my waitress multiple times for things and it was dead in the restaurant so idk what she was doing to forget about the things I asked for. Over all if I could rate it less than half a star I most def would.

We were there at about 11:30 today. After waiting for 8 min at the front, we went to the kitchen door and yelled for someone to come. We were the only ones in there. Waiter sat us at a table with dried sticky ketchup, windows were dirty and sticky, menu had dried ketchup on it. We sat for over 25 min. after ordering, again, we were the only ones in there, no waiter, no food, nothing. We left.

Terrible experience. Very rude hostess, poor service from waitress, food quality has dwindled drastically, could find no one to help us pay. The waitress was too busy stuffing her face and when she accidentally made eye contact with me, decided to come take my payment. Overall very disappointed in the service, always have been. Today's date and time is (October 1st, 8:50 P.M.

After moving to the Bluefield, VA location the food taste has improved and it smells so much better in the building. I just hope they don't run this one into the ground like they did at Mercer mall. Alcohol tasted great and so did the food!
