Mcdonald's - Boca Raton

The Haitian night shift worker at the drive-thru window was extremely rude and unreasonably unpleasant. Despite ordering something as simple as fries, she insisted I asked for a sweet sauce. I find it hard to comprehend how someone can be so lucky to come to America and still have such a negative attitude. I have visited this McDonald's multiple times during the night shift, and she has consistently been rude, unpleasant, and even gossips about customers when she closes the window. No one forced them to work at McDonald's, they should be grateful for their job and treat customers with respect.

This is the worst restaurant I have ever been to. It is not only dirty, but the staff is incredibly rude. The manager was at the drive-thru window, and when I asked her to speak to her, she just ignored me. It was a terrible experience. I have never felt so disrespected. It felt like they were being racially discriminatory.

I would have rated this restaurant with a negative star if I could. It was ridiculous - I ordered a McGriddle sausage and egg sandwich without cheese, but all I received was bread. I paid $3 for just bread. The manager I spoke to on the phone was very unprofessional and said they couldn't do anything about it.

This McDonald's restaurant is amazing. The food is always fresh, hot, and quickly made. They don't let the food sit out for too long. I love using the McDonald's app to get a lot of freebies, it's fantastic. I ordered a 1/2-inch sundae with extra fudge, and it was delicious.

The food is quite good, the service is excellent, and I always enjoy the atmosphere when I go through the drive-thru line.
