Sonic Drive-in - Boerne

The all-American dog with tots was good. The shake was good. Pulled in to eat, I felt the service was a little slow to get the food out.

Why do yall stop serving ice cream every day?not to mention handing people their ice cream blasts and they literally are half way full, then i asked this brown haired girl to fill it more please because im paying for a delicious blast not half of it.? and she handed us the cups back covered in ice cream no napkins, she knew exactly the pass she was making towards us. not serving slushies and ice cream like ever anymore? wow yall. wow yall really like making everyone uncomfortable ordering from yall and making others feel like it’s an inconvenience on our part for asking.

Terrible. 8 on a Tuesday and they can only serve drive thru?? Yall don’t even require a dining room FIGURE IT OUT.employees arguing and fighting with each other for the entire drive thru to witness? Unreal. I expect a little more even from a place from Oklahoma…

Went to sonic in Boerne on January 26 2024 Asked for a lg coke and a lg cheddar peppers left after receiving my food was driving home on 46 . ..took a big sip and wow all I had in my mouth was Particles of something! I spit what ever was in my mouth back in the coke....to see what it was. felt like sand ...grit.... Particles after spitting it back in my cup l started to choke on the particles .it was bits and pieces in my mouth still...got home ran coke though a strainer to see what it was. It was small piece and bits of plastic. I called sonic when l saw that.told the manager what had happened. I will refund your money she said.for me it wasn't about 9 00 She did say sorry for what happened l told here l have pictures of the cup with Particles in it and l would be coming back tomorrow for her to see.with my receipt. I told her to check the ice l would hate for this to kill someone. Very disappointed in sonic ? l eat there often but no more will l ever eat here again. The service is just terrible. The girl who open the window that day didn't know anything. She told me 9.00 Whe I got to window it was 12.ok wrong order..but that shouldn't the line was long no one was getting food this place has just gone way down hill. This is not my first review. It sad the owners can't be there to see what others are doing to crash their business?

We went to sonic and pulled into a slot and the blonde headed girl at 9:00pm on January 17th that was working the drive through window was rude unprofessional. Would not let us finish giving our order before she interrupted saying “are you done” repeatedly. No drinks were available. She was slamming doors and yelling. I expected a better customer service experience. We didn’t even get food. She said there was no Apple Pay. How dare they lol
