Bojangles - BOILING SPRINGS

The best customer service I've ever had in a Bojangles. I went up and asked a freshly falling Cajun file, half awaits the typical setting or apology that didn't have to do, but she smiled and said sure! Then she brought me my food out when it was done. Whoever the manager is here is doing a fantastic job.

Nothing like a free sandwich from their app. Biscuit n gravy, not so much. Everything else... AWESOME

Never got anything bad here and the sweet tea is great.

Slow to greet us at counter, inexperienced staff had to get help to do the order. Side order underfilled, wrong pieces of chicken on one order. Chicken overcooked and had a strong off flavor, not at all like normal Boj, which I have eaten since1981. Dining room infested with flies, well over a dozen alive and dead. This place is going way downhill. Time for anintervention by management. Fast food isn't rocket science, follow your processes and do things by the book and it comes outOK; they've lost the book here.
