Gradele Bistro - Bol

This restaurant is located at the base of Vidova Gora, the highest mountain in Brač, and is about 200 meters from the city center. The food is delicious and they have a lovely terrace where you can enjoy a drink. We ordered pasta and schnitzel (a traditional German dish) and enjoyed the cozy and welcoming atmosphere. They also have a grill where they cook the meat right in front of you, which seems to be a common practice in Croatian restaurants.
