I don't visit Cut-Ups very often, just about 4 to 5 times a year for a burger and a beer. However, every time I've been there, the service has been outstanding and the food has been excellent. The prices are fair, the portion sizes are generous, and I really enjoy their offerings. The menu features classic bar food, the beer selection is diverse, and the liquor options are quite extensive for a small-town establishment. I usually go during the day or early evening, so I can't comment on the scene after 9 PM. In my opinion, they serve the best burger in Bolivar, MO. If you find yourself in Botown, MO, I highly recommend giving them a try.

The burgers are amazing, and the beer selection is impressive. The customer service is outstanding, and the atmosphere is vibrant with welcoming guests! We can't wait for our next visit. Bolivar finally has a stylish, budget-friendly place where you can enjoy delicious food, drinks, music, and pool!

This restaurant is clearly a favorite among the locals, as it was bustling with activity when I visited. Although there was some seating available, it was definitely not a quiet spot. The staff was constantly on the go, and they were all incredibly friendly, making me feel as though I fit right in with the locals.
