Crudo Sushi - BOLOGNA

Very nice and clean sushi bar. very friendly staff, we served a very but very good girl! well for the food I say, the photos speak for themselves. really great, the flavors and combinations of gouits are spectacular; perceive the freshness of the fish; precision and detail in the scaffolding are also very careful. I was too satisfied, I look forward to coming back.

I ate from raw this evening, excellent quality products, and you can find a wide range of champagne and super-alcoholics, the place is brand new in detail the price is higher than the average but fully justified, I recommend it for those who like me is a high-level sushi lover!

A place where you can say to eat raw fish at the levels of milan, excellent preparations, delicate but extremely special goits, you must always pay attention to the too elaborate preparations that cover the fish goto, in this case really sublime flavors. I travel a lot for work and I love the raw fish, unfortunately in bologna there was no place with creative preparations and so delicious, almost all the restaurants from us are a little standard with some tip of positivity every now and then, maybe silk, but we are still far away, I hope that raw sushi bar stimulates also for others. there are a couple of things to improve, the place is open from not much and therefore will have to refine the service, if it is called sushi bar I expect it also serves cocktails for example, we asked them, they tried, but we say that unfortunately lack the base besides the fact that there were some ingredients to make them. and then even a little more attention to details (see that prices are not at all low) for example in the garbage at the bottom see, brings it a little effort for excellence.
