Doubletree By Hilton Richmond Midlothian

We stayed here because my parents said the beds were comfortable and they were right. We also had snacks and drinks at the bar when we checked in and the food and service there was good too. The staff is friendly and they were nice when we asked for help. The owners could really spend some money in upgrades to fix little things like the ice machines on each floor, bathroom fans and TV remotes. The luggage carts are old and really hard to pull/drag down the carpeted halls. We found a fortune cookie behind the chair in our room maybe housekeeping is short staffed but things like the air vents and bathroom were clean.

Very outdated. ...and I 'm not using the word very lightly either.

Fantastic location, large hotel, super friendly staff.

Stayed here on approximately 70 separate stays over the last several years to the Doubletree by Hilton by Midlothian. It’s a clean and serviceable hotel. I highly recommend the cookies. They’re so delicious. They have a decent gym that I used on approximately 35 occasions. Because of my hotel status, I got free breakfast, so I can recommend that that was decent. All in all I would recommend this hotel.

The property is a little dated but the staff if phenomenal! Everyone was very nice, friendly and accommodating
