I wasn't trying to get anyone in trouble; I simply wanted to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, what I received instead was a frustrating runaround and a dismissive attitude. In the end, I decided to give up and opted for credits on my order through DoorDash. I’ve enjoyed their food in the past, but after this experience, I won't be ordering from them again. While the wings were enjoyable, overall, the food felt average. The service was satisfactory but nothing exceptional. The atmosphere, however, left much to be desired, making it more suitable for takeout than dining in.

The number they gave us to place on our table was unpleasantly sticky, covered with a thick black tar-like substance that transferred to our hands and the tabletop, and it wasn't cleaned up during our entire visit. The appetizer we ordered was supposed to include fried pickles and jalapeño slices, but instead, we received about five pickle slices and it tasted as if the oil it was fried in hadn't been changed for a long time. We waited a full 30 minutes for our appetizers and burgers, and when they finally arrived, they looked like they had been sitting out for some time. I ordered the CPC burger with a fried egg, meat, and cheese; it tasted metallic, and the egg was already broken, making the bun and basket paper underneath soggy before I even took a bite. My friend ordered a chili burger, and hers was impossible to pick up due to the cold chili piled on top. Overall, this place was quite disappointing, and I can’t recommend it for dining. Maybe the pizza is better, and it could be a decent bar for drinks, but I would give it a 0/10 for dining. I did leave 2 stars because the bartender was friendly and the bar atmosphere seemed nice.
