Mcdonald's - Bonita Springs

Ordered in kiosk, only sweet or unweet tee shown as option for drinks. eating was delivered to the table, and when we were asked for drinks, we were told to read the sign at the drink station and that they were completely out. I command kiosk, not at the train station. no welcome greetings when they come, yet a statement, they are made out of drinks. had we known we had gone somewhere else? less than 5 minutes since the food came, we were told that they were going, they close the inner. no heads up, had to throw away our eating, very rude staff and unripe games playing in and out of the building. they give nothing to this terrible place at all. also informs the owner, no answer, as they only care about the money. bad experience ever in a restaurant.

Men of all age groups, the old falk on the midnight shift will meet you. quite repulsive. also this place runs out of the nectar of the gods, otherwise known as sweeter tee, much too often and much too early.

Wasn't even busy and the drive thru was in complete disarray. The person who was suppose to charge us wasn't at the station to do their job and we were looked at as if we were wanting to get a free meal when we literally were handing them our card to pay for our food. Then we get charged more than we were suppose to pay with the meal we originally ordered. Completely mismanaged and never going back there again.

I ordered a double cheeseburger at this location a few minutes ago. They would only accept cash, so I handed the girl a 5.00 bill, expecting to receive a couple dollars and change in return. She must have throught I was either drunk or just stupid as she only handed me a few coins. This seemed to be an obvious attempt to steal my money since the same thing happened at this same restaurant a few months ago. I usually use credit cards in part due to the fact that I've been shorted numorous times at various stores in the past. I make a deliberate attempt to estimate my change whenever I use cash, so she tried steeling from the wrong person!

Great location near my hotel while on holiday. faster service and friendly staff. delicious tasting of fresh cheeseburgers for a desperate hungry traveling. the only part is the one-way and exit into the restaurant that it is dangerous and confusing for customers.
