Avaliação da contribuiçãoWe visited Boone this morning and decided to try a local spot for breakfast. Service time was pretty slow. My food was underwhelming and dry. The price is pretty steep for the service and flavor of the food. Not a terrible meal, but not as good as I expected. Really-like a 3.5 of 5.
Visiting Boone and decided to try a local breakfast restaurant. Sunrise Grill was closer to us, but did not realize they were closed on Tuesday's. So we decided to check out Melanie's and glad we did!! Seated immediately, love the colorful decor tables, chairs and cloth napkins. Friendly staff, quick service, excellent food, hot fresh coffee, delicious fresh fruit, and homemade apple butter. Recommend and will visit again!
First time visiting Boone and we are starting off strong with this amazing restaurant! The wait time wasn’t too bad and the inside is so beautiful. The staff is soo friendly! Our server was the best! She was very attentive and was well versed on the menu. The food was amazing and definitely tasted homemade. We loved it here and will continue to make a stop here everytime we visit!
I had an amazing first time dining experience. The food was delicious, the staff was very friendly, and the only minor issue was the wait time for service (but we didn't mind since we weren't in a rush). I will definitely be returning!
I ordered a biscuit breakfast sandwich with added Canadian bacon, while my friend had coffee, and eggs Benedict with avocado and bacon. My biscuit was large with a good amount of egg on it. My friends egg Benedict was perfectly cooked, each egg was nicely runny and coated the avocado and bacon.
