Subway - Boonville

I don't know if it was just ignorance or what, but all the employees gathered in a corner, thinking they couldn't be seen. One young lady at the front tried to call them out for assistance, but they still didn't come. She was very helpful and kind, but I realized there was no way I could get a sandwich there, so I just grabbed some cookies and left.

The employee with pink hair walked through the front door yelling at a customer from across the room, telling them to leave. If I hadn't been craving a sub sandwich, I would have left right then.

I stopped by for lunch while passing through the state. The restaurant wasn’t very busy, but the manager's attitude was quite unpleasant, as if my presence irritated her. I made an effort to be friendly, but she remained rude throughout my visit. I ordered a drink with my meal and, before leaving, I asked if I could have an extra cup for ice to take with me. She reacted as if that was an unreasonable request and insisted I could only take the paper cup, not the plastic one. It was a bit ridiculous, to say the least. I regretted leaving a tip when I paid, but I hope it at least benefits the staff working under her.

2 Foot long Sandwiches. No drinks or chips. JUST SANDWICHES. $40. It was okay but the prices and the extras such as letttuce, tomato, pickles, onion etc. Could be much more. Might also suggest adding another employee on the weekends. Staff seemedexhausted and upset 11:00 am. Definitely needs work.

So easy to access off of I70. Fresh everything, clean bathrooms and gas station next door.
