McDonald's - Booval

I stopped by the McCafe restaurant to order two coffees. We were not greeted and after waiting for a few minutes, we decided to leave. We didn't want to interrupt the staff's conversation. We ended up going to another place for coffee. It was not a good experience at the McCafe at McDonald's.

I ordered a 6-nugget Happy Meal for my daughter from McDonald's Booval through Menulog. Instead of nuggets, they gave her 3 pieces of cheese. When I contacted them to fix the mistake, they insisted that I go to the store to pick up the correct order, completely disregarding the fact that we had requested delivery. This is not the first problem I have had with this store, but it was definitely the most frustrating.

An inexperienced employee took our order and completely messed it up. They couldn't even follow simple instructions. Additionally, the presentation of their food looked like it was made by a child. How difficult can it be to do your job properly? The management should train their staff to listen and properly prepare food. They are quick to take our money but the service and presentation are subpar.

Don't go tables and rubbish bins stink and overflowing with rubbish. Huge yuck! Wont be back ever....health inspection needed urgently.

As McDonald's go it's my favourite one in the area but if you want actual good wholesome food go anywhere else in Ipswich seriously it's a McDonald's what were you expecting fast food and cheap prices what more can I tell you
