When we asked questions about the food , the female staff member responded very rudely and did like having to ask the chef for answers . When our meals came out , one of them was not what was order and again the staff member was rude and reluctantly fixed it . When it placed on the table she just dropped it there and didn’t say a word . Other staff members were just as rude with such poor customer service skills ! The portion sizes and the amount you pay was disappointing as the meals were tasty . It’s a shame these ladies were so rude and were more focused on socialising with each other , rather than doing their jobs !
My husband and I went for breakfast firstly we were not greeted by any staff they were to busy on there phones there was only 2 other couples in the café we waited nearly 30 mins and finally when our meals came out I had ordered soft poached eggs with mushrooms well it came out with hard eggs and no mushrooms when I spoke to the girl she said I will fix that up after another 10 mins I asked where my breakfast was as my husband had nearly finished his her reply was we are just warming your meal up now well I asked for my money back and that was a mistake as the girl became really rude and just through my money on the table no apologies or anything. sorry guys for customer service please go and get some training as I will never be back and I am telling all my friends
Great selection on the menu, friendly staff, good atmosphere scrumptious food. A great place to meet up with friends.
We went to Nourish for lunch after a busy morning in Ipswich. The venue was a little stark but the food was lovely and delivered without too much delay. The coffee was poor and not hot enough. The raw salted caramel slice was delicious and I would go there again just to have that.
I come here for a guilt-free meal. I adore their smoothies, in particular the acai cacao banana one-my favourite! The coffee is okay (there is better around but it's not terrible) and the service is decent. The wait can vary, sometimes they are efficient and other times you can be waiting a while. Their breakfast offerings are varied, from healthy to your typical offerings. The shakshuka is a surprisingly good option to try if you like warm meals with a bit of flavour in the morning. Great for large groups of friends, although it can get a bit noisy when it's busy.
