Ben Jerry’s - Boronia Rd, Auburn

We don't have a local Ben and Jerry's at home so this was a nice treat to find this stand in the mall food court. One young man working by himself on a Saturday night did his best to keep the line moving the best he could. He even had to fend off stray kids entering the stand because parents are too busy on their phones not watching their toddlers. Ice cream that night was so-so, but the young boy that worked the stand got 5 stars from me.

The guy is always gone somewhere. Ridiculous service and mostly out of flavours. Don't come here.

I love the shakes from here! Erica (Hope I spelled her name right! was super friendly yet professional. I was short after using a voucher and the system wouldn't take my card so she used her own coins to make up for the deficit. Also made sure to wash her hands and keep things clean and sanitary. Both her and Mike are two wonderful employees who care about customer service.

Staff was so friendly and helpful. First time being here and because of her service I will definitely be back. Ice cream was great and fulfilling. Thank you Ben and Jerry's!
