The Boston Ale House

The food and the drinks were good. the kitchen staff took care of us with regard to our food allergies. the waitress has forgotten a part of our order, but she told us it was her first week on the job. Other than that, everything else was in order.

The noise level was extreme between the tv’s, the crowds gathered around the bar and the very, very loud music it made for an unpleasant experience. I don’t understand that kind of loud music at 6 to 7 when people are trying to enjoy dinner and have a conversation.

Service was excellent including front desk that honored my table request. Cod and salmon were perfectly cooked. Chocolate cake was hard and cold—otherwise an excellent meal. Better option than west on center for sure.

The pulsing, super loud music detracted from my enjoyment of the meal. We had to tell to have a conversation. Service was very good. My pizza was fine, better than average. I liked the decor.
