Worst experience every. Who every the lady catering manager is should be fired. She literally didn 't want to give me the food I paid for and was missing after 10 minute drive home then back to the store. This is the third time in a row that this same store messed up my order. I literally was called a liar over missing cheese. Where is the customer service. The lady stated she couldn 't give me my items because it would ruin her stores budget. One word, WOW . If I could give less than 1 star I would. See pic for the no cheese.
The love chicken quality and waffles are too good ?? I recommend you to order chicken strips instead of chicken nuggets and Cobb salad incl bacon) Enjoyed a lot ???????
Mostly I had good experience with this location but today they lit a fire. Ordered meal for kids as pickup at restaurant. Upon arrival at parking lot clicked I'm here and received receipt at time 6:03pm. Since I had kids in the vehicle periodically checked inside for order but after 10 minutes waited with kids as app will notify me. By 6:23pm the app was still saying food is being processed. Went inside and saw two bags with my name on it but drinks missing. Talked to a black shirt that I was waiting for 20 minutes but app indicate still being processed. She said the app cannot be trusted and my order is complete as there were bags with my name was on the mobile order shelf. Informed her I saw the bag but my order was yet to be complete as my drink was missing. She checked and apparently my coffee cannot be served as they have not brewed any coffee. When coffee was done she placed it on the mobile order shelf with no apology even though I was standing next to it. If I was going to get McDonald's service then charge McDonald's price. Over twenty minute wait with very hungry kids at a FAST FOOD establishment is unacceptable especially with no sense of accountability by the staff.
Pretty good overall, and the food is consistently great but lately they've been messing up more on our orders and not doing great with fixing it. Maybe it's just the newer staff but all I know if they don't seem to have reasoning skills for how to apply good customer service after they've messed up. Make sure to pay close attention to when they repeat your order and then physically check in every container if it's correct before leaving the parking lot and check your receipt. Then your good, lol.
