Steak 'n Shake - Bourbonnais

It wasn't in one. Was surprised, no waiting personnel, ordering kiosk and menu has shrunk great time. Was surprised when I opened my order in the car and found both hamburgers and Pommes hardly warm.

I’ve NEVER in my 31 yrs had Steak ‘n Shake and let me tell you about my experience. First off the cashier Jennifer had thee best attitude and customer service I’ve experienced! The food was fresh and delicious. And Jennifer is right I WILL be back! Thank you

As always Steak n Shake is a bit slower compared to other fast food chains. As always, the waiting time for the second thought becomes the first bite. Always amazing food and the simplest hot dog, but the most beautiful.

This place was clean, the staff was professional, nice, friendly, the food was delicious We will come back I had Steak Burger, small frit and a vanilla shake.
