Long John Silver's - Bowling Green

It was good. A bit greasy, but can not expect a lot of different fried foods. They were very helpful to give us the opportunity to eat 3 on a budget and gave us a lot of vouchers.

So, Some friends and BOB and I went to eat dinner last night and when we all got there, we were told they could not honor this coupon. It was not valid at our store. Only at participating stores. I signed up to receive promotions at this store. I feel it should have been honored to all of us. Very disappointing. Place was dead anyway. Should of been happy to have customers.

Some of their workers had called in, so they were short on help. The wait was crazy. We waited a half hour at least. The fish and chicken were so greasy, it was dripping off and they were over cooked. They would have been better off closing for those hours that they did not have enough employees. Generally...LJS is a wonderful place to eat and I understand... Things like this happen... So we will be back in the future!!!

Came in for a late saturday lunch July, 2019. I got in line behind 1 other customer, the restaurant was otherwise empty. I stood there for 10 minutes and the girl behind the counter didnt say hello or anything, just completely ignored us. Very bizarre and awkward. Ive had some long waits before but this was the first time to be totally ignored. Felt unprofessional so i wasnt going to take my chances on the food.

Had great memories of Long John Silvers since my childhood (40+ years). This visit ruined them. Fish was barely warm and tough. Chicken was tough and chewy. Tarter Sauce had a nasty taste like it may have been sitting out too long. They can take the good service bell down that's at the door. No reason to ring it at this location
