Kfc - Bradford

Me and my husband visited BFC in the Broadway centre last night. Never again. The chicken was horrible not like KFC at all. Chicken cooked too long in dirty oil. Fries not cooked. When you complain they are not interested. KFC lost 2 customers.

I waited over 25 minutes in the drive through to be served stone cold food. I was mortified I’d wasted my time and money. What could take so long I have no idea!?! Other FAST food establishments use bays for people to wait for there food if it is not ready so other customers do not get TRAPPED in queues. I had to be somewhere hence drive through and as a result missed my train too! No excuses I will not be visiting again and to be honest I’ve been put off KFC as a result

The staff member that served me i think her name was britney was very kind and helped me decide on what was best for me and my family the service was brilliant and had no complaints except the customers them self were very disrespectful towards the staff and also alot of kids disturbing me and my family whilst we was trying to have our meals

The staff member we dealt with was really great and helpful at ingelby road branch. Food was hot and tasty quite satisfied

I originally visited in january after trip to the theatre with family...the service here is shocking staff ask you want you want then walk away to then return with bad attitude and very unhelpful..after finally taking order and getting home..i discovered the food was overcooked and didnt smell too good. looked as if it has been left then recooked..not good so i called the store and spoke to a manager who offered to replace the order next time we visited..a month later i sent my husband to claim the kind offer of replacement meal to be told this was never offered..i complained to hq who fobbed me off on several occasion ..not good at all keep away
