Wild Texan BBQ Company - Bragg Creek

If you're in the mood for meat, this is the place for you. I tried the beef brisket and it was incredibly tender and juicy, with just the perfect amount of fat.

Just to set expectations, this restaurant is a casual, trendy barbecue spot.

Wild Texan was not consistent in their hours although their food was quite good. This location in jinxed and most businesses that have opened here have closed as has the Wild Texan.

This restaurant did not have consistent hours but it you did catch it open and they had meat cooked it was good. Irrelevant now as they have closed the business.
