Gasthof & Pension Waldfrieden - Brand

We were often in the restaurant waldfrieden. eating is very good, the portions are also. what disturbs us is the light concept. it is less cozy and would be much more comfortable with dimmed lamps. in summer they can sit in the garden.

A very nice, well-maintained family restaurant, which sits on local ingredients and traditional but creatiw enriched recipes. the atmosphere is cozy and family, the work in the service and the kitchen, but obviously very professional and demanding. we're coming back!

Eat great, we were 2 times there a Sunday afternoon at noon were many people, and eating a Saturday at noon was just us.

Leider war von Wildkräutern nichts zu sehen und zu schmecken. Die angeblichen Steinpilz-Gnocci waren fad, fest und hatten einen mehligen Geschmack. Das dazu gehörige Gemüse war ebenso langweilig und fad. Die Restaurant-Werbung steht im krassen Gegensatz dazu!! Die Bedienung bemühte sich, mehr aber auch nicht. Geburtstagsessen adé. Gerne nie wieder!
