I liked both the food and the decor of the restaurant. There is an English menu and the staff also speaks a bit English. The selection of dishes is quite large and includes everything from roasted potatoes to potato ridges to potatoes as a side... to meat or fish. Unfortunately, the desserts do not seem to be potato themes.

We arrived at our first night in Brandenburg (we were six nights) and came back on three other occasions. Excellent German cuisine and beer brought along immediately and they are happy to take orders after 20.30! Very friendly and helpful staff that brings you a menu in English if your German is as poor as mine. Very recommended!

Potatoes and more potatoes! A wonderful concept for presentation of the menu. Potatoes come with all that fish, meat, vegans and vegans are all for. I had the carving with roast potatoes and onion engraving. Deliciously washed with good German beer. The service was attentive and good. The wasps, when they eat outside this time of the year, were a pain. It is not the fastest place to serve and my lunch on Wednesday took 45 minutes to come. The deserts looked very good, I wanted the hot raspberries but had no time to order as I had to catch a train. Would eat again.

This is a quirky little restaurant. The beverage menu is wrapped around a wine bottle and the menu has cooked potatoes in more ways than you can imagine. In addition to potato-based dishes, they are served alongside various fish and meat, so this restaurant is good for a snack or a complete meal. The prices are reasonable and the food was well cooked and cake hot. Puddings are also good.
