Cold Stone Creamery - Brandon

Was visiting the area and was craving a milkshake. They did not allow samples which caught me by surprise. Since the Cold Stone in my area does allow samples. The service was ok.

At first I was very upset and was not giving the right waffle cone or the right amount of ice cream but the manager came through for me replaced my order, made me feel dignified and happy that I spent my money at this place. Whoever was the manager at this time and date you go girl thank you for correcting your employees mistake and not making me feel like I was wrong for bringing it to your attention. I will be back to spend more money here.

Unfortunately, there aren't any tables inside or outside there, so trying to eat our ice cream, on a hot day, while seated inside of our car, was quite a messy experience. The ice cream tasted good, though.

To begin, I am a frequent visitor of coldstone creameries, some are not as quality as others for sure. This coldstone is one of the good ones, If in the Brandon area I highly recommend it. While it can be busy at some times, the wait is never long and the quality of service is great. I have never been skimped on toppings or poor mixing at this location. Even when they have staff turnover, the quality has remained the same. I highly recommend this location.
