Little Caesars Pizza - Brandon

The customer service at this restaurant is lacking. When I arrived to pick up my mobile order, the woman behind the counter seemed annoyed that I interrupted her facetime conversation with a friend. She informed me that I had arrived too early, even though the app had told me to expect a 10-minute wait. I had hoped to pick up my order quickly, as it was a simple pfeffer chocolate and cheese-bread, but was told to wait. Despite seeing others leaving with their pizzas, the employees, including the apparent manager, seemed more interested in their phones than their duties.

The customer service was excellent to begin with. However, the woman at the front counter failed to inform me of the wait time for my pizza. It was concerning to see the staff making pizzas without gloves and with long nails. When the employee noticed my reaction to her hands, she quickly covered them and continued working.

The food is not fresh and the service is terrible. They always seem to have new employees every time I visit, so I won't be returning. I even had to return my pizza because it was cold - it was only 6:27 when I ordered and by 6:32 it was already at my table. Just disappointing overall.

Customer serive was amazing. They really work like a team in there and get it done!!

Last 2 visits, pizza was doughy and not cooked all the way through
