Panda Express - Brandon

Beautiful new business, relatiw clea during midday. in ca. 10 minutes to midday and no one in the line. has ordered a bowl of fried rice and Teriyaki chicken. they said they were from the Teriyaki chicken and it would be about 7 minutes to be ready. I said I would wait and ask her to add a chicken egg roll and a medium drink. the girl in register began to build another order, I appreciate the delivery and let me stand there. the first girl I commanded to go from the other end of the counter and take my money. After I got my drink and had eaten my egg roll, a group came in and I noticed that a few Teriyaki chickens had been ordered and commissioned there. they looked at me, what was going on, they stopped a bowl and wanted me to show up and pick her up from the counter where they left. That's my last time I'm gonna eat here. at least the people in the business in valrico on 60 are much more friendly and professional.

This is my preferred Panda Express. I have one closer to my home, but they don’t do as well with the food. I go out of my way to come to this one. The food is usually very good and they carry the usual Panda Express fare. It was clean and the service was friendly. I took off a star because they were out of teriyaki chicken, egg rolls, and another entree. Several of their other items were close to being empty, as well. I would think they would have been better stocked because it was close to dinner time. Overall, however, I recommend this location.

Should be open at 10:30. I knocked the door 10:35. A lady came an open, I asked if they were ready and said I could come in but food will take another 20 minutos.I planned to be there to get mi lunch to work today. They were late I came to work with no lunch. Not fun. No reliable.

This Panda Express sucks. The food was ok. But the service was horrible. The girl working the counter was very rude. We were bothering her by ordering our food. It was very clear that she didn't want to work and she had attitude with me bc I was asking her to make our food. I have never been treated like this at a Panda Express. Bc of this we will never go back to this location. This was our second time at this location and it was our second bad experience here.

Restaurant hours says it’s open until 9:30pm. Why would 75% of the food be missing at 6:35? They also refused to make anymore. A RESTAURANT refused to make more food almost 3 full hours before closing. That’s ridiculous.
