Tijuana Flats - Brandon

Eat is fantastic! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the restaurant was spotlessly clean. I ordered the Loaded Megajuana Floor Bark Burrito and it was delicious, while my wife had the Crispy Garnel Tacos, which were amazing. We can't wait to go back!

I’ve never been satisfied with my takeout orders. I ordered a chicken quesadilla without jalapeños and guacamole, but it still came with all the other toppings inside. I feel like I'm just placing my order and then heading home, only to be disappointed. The salsa and pico de gallo were missing, and the food didn’t look fresh. This isn’t the first time my takeout order has been wrong; however, when I dine in, everything is always perfect.

This evening, we placed an online order for two entrees, two drinks, one appetizer, and one dessert. When I went for curbside pickup, they delivered my order but forgot the drinks and went back inside. I then realized that my bag contained someone else's order, so I went back in to inform the staff. I had to wait 20 minutes for them to remake my order, when it really should have been done correctly in the first place. Throughout my wait in the store, I didn't receive a single apology for the mix-up. While I've had good service here in the past, it seems to have declined over time.

I had an excellent experience at this restaurant today. The staff was incredibly friendly, and my food was served quickly and hot. The employees were attentive, making rounds to serve guests and refill drinks. This was probably the best experience I’ve ever had at a Tijuana Flats!

The food was fantastic! I had the opportunity to observe the quality control process at the kitchen window, and it was executed flawlessly. I really wish I had caught her name because she clearly takes pride in her work and is an excellent employee.
