Swiss Chalet - Brantford

Disgusting. Arrived here at 5:50 this evening by myself. Seated in a corner booth in a 3/4 empty dining room. Never even saw a server to say they might be there shortly after 15 minutes! Please do the public a favour and go out of business. DO NOT TELL ME YOU ARE SHORT OF STAFF!

I had lunch here today with my daughter. Our server was Joe. He was very nice and even chatted with my daughter (who said he was a very nice man and she liked him). The chicken was a bit dry but overall great food and great experience.

Waiter denied a 3rd alcoholic beverage and stated they are only allowed to serve 2 per sitting. When previous visits had never been an issue. Manager called out customer infront of everyone to point out which server had allowed this in the past, embarrassing cette customer. No longer going to this location as they have poor management and do not care about customer loyalty since they have been open. Note: Customer was not intoxicated and very understanding.

Joseph is amazing! He has served us a few times and I always get excited when I see him working. His quick and intuitive service is amazing!

Forgot part of my order twice in a row. First time it was resolved, second time I was offered a credit so I had a half rack of ribs and a bun for dinner lmao. I’ve also had mushy fries from this location, bland mashed potatoes, and a chicken burger with missing toppings. Usually their poutine and ribs are safe so that’s all I order now, but the poutine hasn’t made it into the box the last two times. Thanks for the credit that won’t be used though.
