Ambient - Braşov

Had the duck for dinner. The preparation of the dishes was different when I was also used, but well stop. Had a local beer, and the beer was very cold, but very good! You don't know if I'd go there for a second time.

We stayed at this hotel and arrived late, so wanted to eat somewhere near. The restaurant is a strange layout with probably 4 separate seating/dining areas, each relatively small. Our orders were taken in a short time and meals were taken within 15 minutes. We found the food delicious and hot and cheap.

The daily breakfast buffet was very good. Many variety and very helpful staff. Everything was clean and tidy.

Good food, nice atmosphere, very good service. A beautiful selection of foods, and it looks recently updated.

Most of the restaurants in the area serve traditional Romanian cuisine, which was great to experience, but Ambient/Ambiance serves a great variety of food and is a nice break. Good pizza, pasta, and soups as well as deserts. The Tiramisu was outstanding
