Pommes waren ok.Schade ums Geld.
Anyone travelling to , or spending any time in Bremen HAS to try the food at "The Imbiss" .... over 50 years in family hands, the most wonderful traditional foods (Schnitzel, Krakauer and bratwurst,"original" Hamburgers, Pommes and roasted chicken to die for and the best home made potato salad there is, bar none !!), and all at amazingly reasonable prices. Located in the working class section of Walle, it also gives the visitor a chance to see and experience the local atmosphere of this charming city, and only minutes from the tourist traps and inflated prices. Four generations of locals can't be wrong :)............. So friendly and glad we had time to spend with these folks !!Favorite Dish: I love the Jaegerschnitzel and "hausmacher" potato salad..... huge portion and the price can't be beat... but the roasted chicken comes in a darn close second with a side of fresh Pommes..
Here I like to eat a steak on toast with pommes... totally delicious
