Umami Kitchen - Bremerton

I highly recommend visiting this well-managed family-owned restaurant with a fantastic menu offering quality food. I have known the owner for many years and he is a hardworking, kind-hearted person. We had the veggie bibimbap and Korean BBQ chicken for lunch and it was delicious. The portion sizes were huge, we had enough for dinner as well! The chicken was crispy and the bibimbap sauce was fantastic. I wish I had asked for extra sauce because the portion size was so big, but I will definitely be returning!

So delicious! I highly recommend it. I have the chicken bibimbop and gyoza.

I just recently started eating raw sushi and I really enjoyed the options available here. the art and wise how the restaurant works by choosing the elements on the menu that they wish and pay at the theke, then is served. it seems that it is so set up, perhaps because it only works two people (for what I have seen so far). they make their dish when they order it and it is absolutely delicious.

Walking around bremerton and literally stumbled into this place. so much more than a hole in the wall, amazing eating, super friendly and helpful staff. perfect size parts not above the top. everything was so tasteful of the kimchi, until yakisoba and the chicken katsu udon we couldn't find any fault. it was absolutely perfect
