Waage - Bremgarten (AG)

Very nice, cozy atmosphere. Food was homemade and very good. Unfortunately there was no more salad and that was on a Saturday evening. Otherwise no criticisms. I would love to come again. Thank you very much.

Called spontaneously and asked for a spot in the garden. They were very friendly on the phone and luckily they still had a table available in the beautiful garden. When we arrived we were warmly greeted as if we were an old acquaintance, even though we were there for the first time. The entire service and kitchen team is passionate about it and here the guest is truly king. We enjoyed an excellent meal with a fine wine. Personally, I think the concept of a menu with different courses is great, you just have to decide how many courses you want and so the usual agony of choice on a menu is no longer necessary. As a guest you “just” have to love Italian cuisine and be ready for surprises. The restaurant (inside) has a great atmosphere, the wine cellar is a very special place with tables and great lighting. This place leaves a lasting impression on me. It's a shame the restaurant isn't in eastern Switzerland, then I would definitely be a regular.
