Nandos - Brent

We were shown to a table, but the bench we sat on was sticky and dirty. We decided not to stay as this was a clear indication of their lack of hygiene. There were many staff members chatting, but not enough cleaning. It was disappointing as we used to enjoy Nandos and had hoped for a better experience after a previous failed attempt at the branch in Finchley Road. The staff there were unsure if they were open to customers.

Popped out to eat at our local Nandos in Kensal Rise on Sunday evening and was pleasantly surprised at how well they have adjusted to Covid rules to keep people safe. All staff in masks, order online and if you have trouble doing that they just take the order for you.Staff were super friendly and efficient and the food was, as always, Delicious!

We visited this branch several times and did not disappoint us, we were there again this weekend to have lunch and the food came on time and came warm. The sauces were well supplied and the staff service was very friendly.We will return to visit soon!

After arriving in London feeling hungry and jet lagged, we were in search of a quick meal that wasn't fast food. Nando's came through for us. We enjoyed delicious chicken, good wine, and fast service all at a reasonable price.

Thought I'd try another branch of Nando's to see whether I'd get the same customer service and same delicious food. Happy to inform you all it's across the board. Nandos rains supreme. Up Nando's...Just loving the vibe
