Prezzo - Brent

Visit them wembley on the day of the event and on the search for places can be a nightmare. most were busy with 1 hour waiting, but prezzo treated her waiting queue well and kept the tables flowing. at the end we waited only 20 minutes before we sat. we ordered. within 5 minutes and our food was served around 10 minutes after the order. very impressed by friendly and efficient staff who managed to keep quiet and efficient. well done.

We visited wembley for a football game we were looking for a lunch option and came over this restaurant that was opened shortly after our arrival. we waited outside and were greeted by very friendly employees who made available despite very busy. fun and modern service. the menu was quite standard, and a good choice. the standard of meal was very good. if we would consider a return visit in the opposite.

We went on Saturday evening. We were sat at a table and no one came to get our order for ages even though most of the restaurant was empty, only four other tables had customers. The menu was limited cause of an event day. It...took ages for the drinks to come after finally taking the order from us. The second drinks again didn't arrive for ages. We had to remind the waitress for a main dish. It came after everyone else had finished their meal. The pizzas and the pasta was delicious but the delay put us off.

Family dinner for 4 , Waiter who served us was the most polite waiter I have ever come across,Made us feel very welcomed, The food is Italian, Pizza's, spaghetti, one of out Pizzas was over done ,burnt in three places,but we didn't say anything, apart...from that make sure your food is hot as these Pizzas started to get cold fast, Very nice place, very spacious, not on top of other customers, very clean, nice ambiance, Thank you Prezzo

Ordered starter and one course was wrong. When questioning this was told they didn't have all the selection. No apologise. Waited 45 minutes for main course. We ordered when there was about 5 tables and got busier as we waited on complaining they brought pizza...out. 5 minutes later watery risotto. Asked to speak to a manager and he was obviously one as in non uniform. He tutted and never apologised and sent me to his colleague. We where never asked for further drinks or if every thing was OK!!
