Avaliação da contribuiçãoLocated on SR125 in New Hampshire, we have this place during the downhill conditions, scenic roads to Maine. This is an established Texas Smoked BBQ . With a large Texas built smoker, the meat is smoked for a long time at low temperature. It's not common BBQ. In fact, even in Northern Florida, where each other Bubba has a barbecue, this smoked grill would like at home. Here in NH it is unique. In fact, I could only make 3 BBQ Resterants real BBQ. Ribs a Chicago Style, Brisket is cooked for perfection, also loved the pulled pig. Other articles are Brisket Chili, Great Macon Cheese. Everything is cooked here by hand. Portions are big. Prices are moderate for... Sony's BBQ chain is less, but it's hot, fast boiled and not slowly smoked. All here work super friendly. The Smokemaster came to every table to check that everything was fine. The device is filled with auto-licensed plates that are donated by customers. This place gets a thumb.
Really great BBQ. Make sure that you can choose all the sauces you can choose from the house sweet, dinner is good.
There are no prices written somewhere. Not even inside. A plate with 0.5lbs Brisket is 19 mice without drinking. It's not smoked. This is pot roast beef with too much salt on it. It's just badly done. The rest of the food is also bad. The corn bread is just a gland sponge cake. The Jambalaya is only rice without taste. That's the worst bride I've ever had. It is so strict (see picture). Save the money, go instead to Arby's or a Mexican restaurant.
The best, ingenious bovine breeze and pulled pork! Your maize bread is great and always fresh and moist! Oh yes, good prime country music to go while you enjoy your fabulous meal.
Pros: Good sides, large portions. Cons: Brisket very greasy, almost wet. Like eating a fatty pot roast. Other meats were okay but very ordinary. Overall: Try it once.
