Mcdonald's - Brentwood

Apparently this location does not open at 6 as advertised

This McDonald's is usually busy but never had a mistake in the order.

Terrible customer service and my McFlurry was filled half way. And the worst part the line took forever and I had to listen to the lady who was supposed to be taking my order talk about her own issues because she did not know how to mute her microphone. Dissatisfied. Disappointed. Never coming back. I hope they close down forever.

Tried to go to the restaurant. No one showed up at the drive through, at all. Ended up leaving and going to another restaurant.

The ceiling leaked on me while sitting and waiting on food, they wouldn't take any customer orders, had to use the kiosk. Waited FOREVER for our food and the bathrooms and floor were atrocious
